Insomnia help.
So I have had a run in with insomnia lately. I’ve had it before, but I handled it and now it’s come back. I take a melatonin every night but it just doesn’t even make me drowsy anymore. It seems like I’m too addicted to my screens and I just don’t know how to put them down. I have tried ASMR videos and listening to relaxing music, but those don’t work either.

If anyone else has/is suffering from insomnia I would love to get your advice and hear how you felt with it. It would really be appreciated. Thanks!
