I’m 4 weeks pregnant is this implantation blood? I woke up to bad cramps could it be my period?

If you’re already pregnant you will not be getting your period. And implantation bleeding would have already likely occurred. Bleeding CAN be normal in the early weeks of pregnancy, but it is always a good idea to call your doctor, if not make an appointment. There are a multitude of “normal” things this could be. But you don’t want to assume anything. Simply call and let them know what’s going on. They’ll guide you in the right direction.

nooo that's not implantation bleeding some people actually had periods still while they have been pregnant but please go to the dr thats how my miscarriage started..good luck on your pregnancy 😘
