CD 32 on Clomid

I'm on CD32 (same day I started last month). This month was my second cycle at 150mg of Clomid. 21 day progesterone was 27 and doctor was really happy with that. I took a pregnancy test (not an early response test) Sunday and got a BFN. I am devastated and have been super emotional today. Any advice would be much appreciated. I don't want to waste my last First Response test (silly I know) but I think it's more that I'm afraid it will be a BFN.
