How often do you take weight loss progress pictures?
I started my fitness journey this month. On the 18th I took some before pictures because I want to see how my body changes. For anybody who does this or has done this, how often do you take progress pictures. I don't want to take more pictures too early and get myself discouraged. I have been eating much less, and way cleaner and doing light exercise at home 5 days a week but I still havent lost any weight and I am starting to lose motivation. Before I had kids I was naturally skinny and now Im chubby so trying to get fit is really hard for me. Its all new. Any tips at all would be extremely appreciated!
