Tube repair

Anyone here ever had a blocked tube repaired? Were u able to conceive? My right Fallopian tube Hydrosalpinxed so I had it removed. The left tube was also blocked, but was opened during surgery. My surgeon said uterus look good and could still have a chance with the unlocked tube..It's been a little over a year and still no pregnancies... Am I just timing this wrong? Anybody go through the same thing??
