Another month

Emily • Just two great people trying to pass on their superb genes ;) I have been diagnosed with PMDD as well, so tracking symptoms and trying to have a baby!

Another month gone by and no luck. I’ll go to the doctors if I’m not pregnant by spring. It’s so discouraging, disappointing. I feel good physically and have focused on taking care of myself

-quit smoking 2 months ago

-working out (but not killing myself)

-focusing on fueling my body

-meditating, relaxing

-<a href="https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.glow.android">tracking ovulation</a> and symptoms

The good news is, all the lifestyle changes have made my PMDD symptoms so much better, so I can be grateful for that even if I haven’t gotten pregnant yet.

It’s just such a defeating feeling to try and try and try and fail to do something that my body was biologically created to do. And to watch so many people around me achieve it so effortlessly.
