What’s your pumping schedule at work?

I’m trying to plan a pumping schedule for when I go back to work. I work 815-630pm. Any advice on a good schedule for 24 hour period ?

Answer

Depends on when you wake up, but with my first I did 5am (when I got up), 9:30am, 2pm, 6pm (when I got home), 9pm (right before bed), then start over in the morning. But it depends on if you are willing to do it in the car or not and if you can go 8hrs at night without your supply dropping. My schedule was based on the time I got up and around my daily work meetings, but roughly the goal was every 4 hours except at night.

Answer

Basically pump whenever baby would be eating, once every 2-3 hours.
