Evening Primrose?

I've read about it but I'm still comfused. I know it comes in a pill form but I'm confused on how to do it vaginally like it says to do after 37 weeks. Maybe I'm really dumb haha but do you just stick the pill in your wooha?! That's how it sounds when I'm reading. Is there a certain brand to use? Someone explain this to me. :(

I started it today.. Fingers crossed. I am starting with 1,000mg in the AM and then 500mg vaginally at night and 500mg orally at night, hope it works.

I'm trying that for the first time with this pregnancy it's #3 for me but I'm 38 weeks and not thinned or dilated at all and going crazy about it. You're supposed to take one pill in the morning and at night puncture one and stick it as far in as you can.. Your wooha :) I get checked on Thursday so I guess I'll know then if I decided it helps or not but it feels good to be trying something anyway!

I bought 500mg capsules, and started at 37 weeks taking one orally in the morning and evening, and one in the hooha at night. At 38 weeks I went up to 1000mg. Also, I don't poke a hole in the capsules I insert vaginally, they dissolve on their own.
