Partner not reaching climax

This might sound so stupid but I don’t know who else to ask.

Me and my partner have been together 1.5 years and always had a good sex life. Well I mean I could make him come very quickly and that’s how it’s always been. But the last 3 times we have done things Sexually 2x oral and 1x sex he has took ages too cum and it’s seemed like a struggle and then tonight when we had sex I always make him cum when I am on top but eventually we had to give up then he flipped me over and came after a few minutes.

Im quite an anxious person and have the worst thoughts in my head sometimes. I am sitting downstairs while he sleeps thinking has he went off Me? Does he not find me attractive anymore? Am I just not doing it for him anymore? Or worst is he getting it elsewhere and it’s better 😢
