Friend thinks I can’t say anything negative about my skin cause she has severe acne

So my friend way always nice to me except for when it comes to my face. She has severe acne (she never eats anything healthy never drinks water, and doesn’t wash her face) im getting fed up with her because whenever I get skincare stuff she yells at me and says well at least you have good skin. She always acts like no one can ever say anything negative about their skin unless it’s her because acne and rashes only suck for her. I have super sensitive skin and 90% of skincare I try gives me rashes and breakouts and I told her I finally found a daily scrub that doesn’t give me them and she flipped out on me about how I have great skin and that she has way worse skin so I can stfu. I’m honestly thinking about dropping her as a friend cause she only cares about herself and is super stuck up and fake recently.
