before your water breaks?

im 40 weeks and i never experienced my water breaking with any of my other kids. i was just wandering how did anyone feel right before there water broke.

Following... I’ve heard people say it’s like peeing involuntarily, but that pretty much describes my entire pregnancy 😂🤦🏻‍♀️

My water broke with my first pregnancy (36 weeks and 5 days). I didn’t feel anything before and even when it broke I didn’t hear a pop and it didn’t feel like I was peeing myself. It was so much fluid I was in shock I just stood there as it poured out. Then as it slowed down I proceeded to walk to the toilet but it kept coming out. So I sat on the toilet and it continued to come out. Then once it stopped I hopped in the shower for more to come out. Lol then I put a pad on and went to the hospital. I’m hoping and praying it breaks again because then I know it’s go time. But I doubt it ugh. Currently 37+6

My water didn’t break until I was in the hospital already in labor but no, I didn’t “feel it about to happen” or anything... it just suddenly happened haha

For me both times I just knew. It’s not like that for all women. the first time there was barely any because my fluid was low, but I knew because it was almost like uncontrollable peeing. Then for the second I thought I had to pee went to the toilet and there was a huge gush. It just kept going and going every time I stood or moved. It felt different than going to the bathroom because it was so uncontrollable.

My water broke with my first. I didn’t feel anything right before it happened or at all that day. When it broke it felt like a little pop and a little fluid came out so I thought I just peed my pants again. I went to the bathroom and it wouldn’t stop leaking. It wasn’t until about 5 minutes later when the big gush of fluid happened and then it just kept trickling out after that. Every once in a while a little gush but there was only one major gush of fluid for me.
