So, I was wondering what some good options are for boosting sperm count. I've seen some of you have had good results with certain vitamins for men but I can't seem to find the thread. I stopped into GNC but they weren't helpful and I didn't see a men and women's combo pack or anything. Any advice would be welcomed. We've been trying for a year since out first pregnancy ended in miscarriage. I'm 34 and he is 42 so he's feeling like maybe he's the problem now and I'd like to ease his mind or let him feel like he's doing something to help. IDK. I'll be checking back with my doctor but was hoping you all have some ideas too.
