What do you swear by?

So what products do you guys swear by to get pregnant? I'm finally having regular cycles and have been for about 5 months but I still haven't had any luck getting pregnant. Is there something that you all have used to help get pregnant? My ob/gyn doesn't want to do anything to help.

I swear by quit 'trying' that's how every person I know got pregnant.

I haven't had any success yet due to low counts but many people seem to recommend OPKs. and it does seem easier than temping, checking CM, etc which my OB said is not necessary.
