infertility after miscarriage

anyone else experiencing infertility after miscarriage? I miscarried when i was 17 at 12 weeks on 4/3/12. I was due 10/11/12. I went pee one day and their was blood when I wiped. i went to the doctor the next day she did a ultrasound and said i was probably bleeding from sex but wanted me to come back the next day for another ultrasound. the next day my baby had no heartbeat. I was never told a cause for my miscarriage but I passed my baby girl at home. 5yrs later after ttc I found out my left tube was blocked and filled with fluid. I had surgery a yr later (12/2017) to fix my tubes and found out I have stage 2 endometriosis. I wonder if any of that has to do with my miscarriage or vice versa. anybody experience anything similar?
