Stool softener pregnancy
Hello ladies,
I got horrible cramps and constipated real bad that I didn’t go poop for four days. I took a stool softener and didn’t feel like crap all day I just had an hour of cramps.
Can I take a stool softener every other day...or what probiotics can I use?
Has anyone used probiotic 10?
