Possibly too soon?

Question

So I went and saw a fertility ob  today. They did a ultrasound of my uterus and ovaries. Saw a lot of follicles. I asked if it could be possible to be pregnant due to getting faint + on hpt   he told me he doesn't feel that way. But my cervix is high soft and slightly opened AF edd is tmrw. Could it have just been to soon??

Do you have a picture of the faint positive? And yes I went to the hospital two days before my period was due a year ago for bacterial vaginosis. They did a pap smear and found it sooo hard to find my cervix which has never happened. They also took a pregnancy test and it was negative well two days later and my period didn't show. I tested and ended up being pregnant. It's positive I guess. Unless they did a vaginal ultrasound it would be way too early to see anything.
