Is it ok to bring your toddler when you go to look at a house? My husband and I are going house hunting on Saturday and we aren't sure if we need to find a babysitter for our 15 month old or not. The house we are seeing is being sold by the owner and he is fairly laid back small town guy (he chatted on the phone with my husband for over an hour when we called about the listing). Any thoughts?
