Confused, I need help!

Please I need honest opinions on this (TMI maybe) ,  I am 14 dpo, suppose to start my period today. But a week ago (exactly) I got what I thought was my period but a lot lighter, a bright reddish pink color for 2 days then for one more day brown. Then spotting stopped. A few people told me it could be implantation bleeding. But what I've read implantation bleeding only last 1-2 days. Lately I've had cramps in the middle of my hips and a bit lower when I lay a certain way, I am always hungry lately. I have to go to the restroom quite often.
