After Care Suggestions????

I had some really rough sex... and the guy kinda left without giving any after care and now I’m stuck with all this pain and bruises and cuts... sex was great but does anyone have any suggestions for this?

if that's the worst you got your not going to want to go hard-core.....I normally just take a hot bath with salts x

Diluted peppermint essential oil can help. And tell the guy that if there’s no proper aftercare he can go play elsewhere.

If he isn't giving you after care then he shouldn't get to do things that require after care. Epsom salt baths REALLY help

rub some arnica ointment on it to help and inform the guy you need more after care or he needs to find someone else to play with

Recently had a night where bruises were left. Usually no marks are left because of work. We have to be professional. But sex got really rough. Don’t get me wrong, the sex was amazing! But as soon as he realized he left marks, the aftercare was immediate. I told him I was okay but he took care of me anyways. If no after care was even offered, to me it’s a problem. That’s just me tho.
