It's normal due to the hormones causing your muscles to relax so they can expand and move to make room for baby. As a annoying side affect, they also relax your bowel muscles which can cause more frequent trips to the bathroom

I didn’t know I was pregnant yet at 4 weeks but looking back I did have diarrhea for that whole week or so! It went away on its own after that & hasn’t been back 😳 I’m now 6-7 weeks
