Determining O day after 3 days of + OPKs..?

Hi girls! Please share your expertise with me! 🙏🏼 ... If I had 3 days of positive OPKs, could I have ovulated 12-24 hrs after the 3rd positive? .... I know the general rule is 12-24 hrs after the 1st +, but just wondering if that is ALWAYS the case..?

Going by the first + opk, I'm 13dpo... AF due yesterday/today/tomorrow (the day varies on different apps), but I have not had a bbt drop yet... Pretty sure I got BFNs on FRER and Easy@Home this morning. If they were faint lines, they're so faint that tweaking the picture barely shows them. I do see something when I tweak them, but I'm 99% sure it's my eyes showing me the contrasted line next to the indent line. 🤦🏻‍♀️

So! Pretty sure my only chance of getting a BFP this cycle is IF it's possible to O after the 3rd day of + opk, instead of the 1st. Opinions?
