Scenario:

You're driving to work and are already running a little late. You're on the highway and the second to last car in a fairly long line of traffic that is going about 60-65 mph. It's still pretty close to bumper to bumper traffic though. You get to an area where on your side is a dotted yellow line. There is a semi truck hauling coal 1 car ahead of you and then 1 other car ahead of you. All of a sudden the jack ass behind you that has been riding your ass hard the whole time decides to try and pass you. There is no room for them to merge in in front of you and they now realize this. Their next move is to now try to merge in on top of you, trying to force you to brake and let them in all while wildly honking their horn and flipping you off. Do you
