Weird nipple discharge?

Sorry if this is TMI, but I'm kinda worried/freaking out. So since a few days ago I've started noticing a little discharge (a drop or two at a time) from my right nipple (only the right one), that ranges from clear to milky in color. And that nipple itches like hell too, to the point I actually need to go to the bathroom to itch properly when I really can't take it.

Anyone else has/had something like this before? What did it turn out to be?

(P.S. I'm still a virgin so definitely not anything STD/pregnancy/nursing related)
