Beginning of blocked Milk ducts and Mastitis!!
My milk was coming out for the first time like crazy after 3 rd pregnancy. But now my right seems stuck and it’s starting to hurt. Anything I can do to release it before it becomes infected?
Last time I had super bad mastitis on BOTH boobs was almost 9 years ago at age 21 so I don’t know how the hell I survived that hell pain.
Don’t want to end my milk production before I finish my 2 week postpartum 😮😭😩😞😔
