+opk but hubby is out of town

Hi ladies! So I finally got my +opk today (cd 18)! Does this mean I started tomorrow with counting my dpo? Unfortunately my hubby went out of town this morning until Wednesday, but we BD the past 3 days..so hopefully there were some strong swimmers! Any success stories with only BDing before +opk? I'm super nervous now!!
