Does anyone see the line downwards on this it’s driving me insane and I now can’t work out if it’s just my eyes! Thanks in advance!

I’ve been to the doctors and they have taken bloods to check if the hormones are raised so I should have those results tomorrow. Although my gut is that it’ll be a negative as the bleeding is pretty heavy now! Thanks to everyone who offered advice! Xx
