After six months of unsuccessful attempts to conceive, we decided it was time to see if there was something going on. I was told give it more time more than once, you’re 35 and it’s only been six months, etc. After having an HSG I was told I had a heart shaped uterus last Friday; Monday my dr called telling me I had a septum in my uterus. I immediately went numb and crazy because my insurance does nothing for fertility or infertility, but was reassured it is an abnormality and needs to be removed so it should be covered. Has anyone else dealt with this? I’m still wrapping my head around it and trying to stay positive but that’s easier said than done some days! TIA!
