Possible Implantation Bleeding

My husband and I aren't purposely trying to conceive, but we wouldn't be upset if I did get pregnant. Since we got married 11 months ago, we exclusively use the withdrawal method as the pill made me very sick and neither of us like condoms. Anyways, my periods are always 3-5 days earlier than what Glow predicts, and I ALWAYS have 1 day of gross brown spotting before I start my period. I don't get my period symptoms until the day I start. Well Glow says I'm supposed to get AF tomorrow, and I've been cramping, nauseous (no throwing up, though), and have a backache. But there's no brown spotting and no blood. Except yesterday, I had one small speck of pink fluid on my panty liner. That's it, nothing else after that. I haven't taken a test yet, I planned on waiting a couple more days. But does this sound like implantation bleeding to any of you ladies?
