I took a test with my second daughter at 5 weeks and was negative I took one at 6 weeks as I was convinced i was pregnant and came back positive don’t always believe what they say first time

I wouldn’t say that implantation CAUSES a negative test result, as a negative test result is just the absence of HCG (which is normal, unless pregnant). But it would probably take 3-5 days after implantation to get a positive HPT due to the amount of HCG your body is producing.
