STD maybe?

A while back I was quite frivolous and was sleeping with multiple partners. One came foreword suspecting that I had given something to him and so I did the responsible thing and went to go get tested After explaining to the doctor what had happened, he suggested I skip the test and get treated. So I was treated and ended up sleeping with one of the previous partners again after a week I still don’t know to this day whether or not I really had anything and am worried that I’ll need to go get tested again as I am having pain during sex. What do you think?
