Iron supplement
I have been taking vitafusion gummy prenatals and was afraid I wasn't getting iron. I decided to get these spatone liquid packets . Took one last night and woke up today with horrible cramping and diarrhea. Anyone try these before? Iron kills my stomach but am afraid of not getting enough iron.
