My everyday evening toning routine for about 4/5 months is:

2 minute plank

45 second side plank (each side)

10 side plank twists (each side)

60 x Abdominal crunch & leg raise

60 x leg raises

60 x flutter kicks

Or more if I can manage.

I feel like I’m wasting my time doing this, but I get anxious if I miss a workout... will this actually do anything for me?
