Normal?

Posted here last night but some updated symptoms:

Is it normal to have sore/tender breasts while skipping the placebo pill? My doctor ok’d me skipping them and starting a new package instead due to severe dysmenorrhea. I have been doing this for a few months now, but suddenly I am crampy along with the tenderness. I also have terrible lower back pain and extreme fatigue . Is pms still common while skipping the break pill?
