This is so embarrassing

I’m pregnant and suffering with what I think is a bad case of BV. I’ve never been formally diagnosed, but have web MD’d it. Every day, my underwear has a strong ammonia smell. I am too embarrassed to speak with my doctor about it— are there any natural remedies that are safe for pregnancy?? Please help 🤦🏽‍♀️
