Sigh hormonal acne
So during my last period my face and body was fine and actually starting to clear up, but my period isn’t due for another 1 1/2 and it’s going to be awful I can tell. But any suggestions on what I can do to stop or work on it, I recently just started having a bit of severe acne breakouts - I’m 22- stopped taking bc for almost a year now.
P.s this is my shoulder but I get the large bumps on my face as well
