Heart Rate?
Hi Folks! 4 weeks and 4 days here. I have a Fitbit and my normal resting heart rate is 59-61. After ovulation, it rose to 64. Today it is 69. Has anyone else noticed a jump in their resting heart rate? Is it a concern?
