Sharp pains!

soo i know what lightning crotch feels like as i experienced that a few days ago for the first time.. I walked all day long on Saturday and in the evening i was soo busy cleaning up my sisters house.. the next day i could barely walk without getting lightning crotch, it went away by the next day..

but this evening i’m laying on the couch and ohhh my goodness!! .. the baby started moving around and i had to scream twice it was soo painful.. like someone was stabbing me with something sharp down there.. lasted only a few seconds but it literally made me scream 😩 .. is it just lightning crotch as well?
