Last week I went into the dr to get a check up as I was on day 86 of my cycle. Confirmed I was not pregnant, found a small mass or fibroid and referred me for an ultrasound. Had the ultrasound this morning and just now (about 14 hours after the ultrasound) I am having bright red bleeding and some cramping. The tech did have some trouble with the vaginal ultrasound trying to locate my ovaries and kind of moved it around creating alot of pressure. Should I think cervical irritation or my period finally started? Thanks!
