Anyone been through this? Advice?

So I’m trying to get pregnant.My SO and I have been TTC since October last year and nothing has happened. I was on the birth control shot and it ran out October (hence when we started TTC). Once I got off my birth control I had a period for roughly 3 weeks and then started getting a regular period. We are constantly trying and at one point even thought I was pregnant. it’s gotten to the point where I feel like I’m having symptoms but get scared and sad to even get my hope up. We’ve even bought pre seed and started using it for three weeks. I also read that if you use the Depo shot once you get off it it takes some time for all the effects to wear off. I was wondering if there was anything I can do to get pregnant faster?
