I'm having the hardest time with this..he leaves so soon and he won't be home for the birth and it's our first child..anyone else going through this?!

My ex-husband (we were married at the time) deployed when our kids were 7 & 20 months. He was also in basic and AIT throughout the second half of my first pregnancy. It's always hard but you find this incredible strength that stays with you after it's all said and done. Best of luck to you!

I did this with my last pregnancy. It’s tough but you will be ok. Your stronger then you think. He left when I was 10 weeks pregnant and came home when she was5 months old. If anyone ever wants to talk I’m here
