Psalm 18:6-In my distress I called upon the LORD; to my God I cried for help.

From his temple he heard my voice, and my cry to him reached his ears.

...........

I had this scripture bookmarked in my Bible and I was sure many of you could use it tonight as well. I struggle the most with prayer, bc I often feel that I’m literally talking to a wall (hello? Anyone there?? lol) I wonder β€œOut of the billions of people crying out to Him daily, how can He even hear me?”

But he does hear us. Like the scripture said, our cries reach His ears, all the way up to His temple.

So like Philippians 4:6 says,

β€œDo not be anxious about anything, but in everything by prayer and supplication with thanksgiving let your requests be made known to God.”

I’m praying for each and every one of you tonight, all of us struggling to conceive. I pray that you hear our cries LORD and bless your daughters and fill our wombs. Please heal the barren, strengthen the weak body, provide peace for the downhearted woman struggling to conceive. Please smile upon us and comfort us as we go on day to day with this want weighing heavy on our hearts. Help us continue to praise You, even in our darkest hour. Just as You remembered Your faithful servant Hannah, please let us find favor in Your eyes so that You may grant us the petitions of our hearts. Lord only if You see fit, please bless each one of us that cry out to You daily for a child to raise up in Your Holy Spirit, to guide in the way that is right by You, to worship and glorify Your name. In the meantime, let us continue to praise and thank You for all the wonderful things that You do for us daily, lest we forget. Thank You Lord for all the beautiful things you provide us with daily, even though we may not always notice because we are sinful and imperfect and our hearts are weak. Please continue to bless us each and every one with Your Holy Spirit. Please continue to strengthen our hearts and lead us on the righteous path, even though we often stumble.

All these things we ask of you, in your son Jesus Christ’s name, Amen. πŸ’œ
