Help I don’t know what to do!!

So I need help, I’m 6 days late on my period. I’ve taken a test and it’s came back negative twice. I’m having cramps but there’s no blood when I check. What do you all think I should do? Should I be concerned? I had my IUD taken out 9 months ago and since it’s been out I’ve had my period on time up until now. I don’t know what else to do! Please help!!
