Yes I’ve read about a few who said the Soy Isoflavones didn’t work or it messed up their cycles. But I’ve been doing my research on them for the past 2 months and it’s been said it’s like a natural clomid (works like it at least) so that means women with regular cycles and who ovulate on their own SHOULD NOT take these. Again “natures clomid” as far as I know regular ovulating ovaries don’t need clomid however someone with irregularities or someone who does not ovulate could probably benefit from Soy Isoflavones.

Soy Isoflavones is taken like clomid 5 days out of your cycle. Take a dose of 80 to 200 mg per day on cycle days 1-5, 3-7, or 5-9. Rumor has it the if you take it earlier you will produce more eggs but less mature and if you take it later you’ll produce less eggs but more mature so a lot a women do CD 3-7 to be in the middle and have mature yet multiple egg release. Also, it’s not recommended o start beyond CD 5.

Ooo AND DO NOT TAKE SOY ISOFLAVONES WITH VITEX! They counteract against each other.
