How many times a week of exercise to see a difference
At 15 I was a level 8 gymnast and I ran cross country/track working out 17 hours a week. I was physically invincible until my estrogen levels dropped too low and I broke two bones in the span of three months. From then on I stopped sport and just focused on school. Now I’m 18 and I finally have time to work out again. I’m not trying to get all my athleticism back, just maybe 30% of it. How much exercise a week to look and feel noticeably stronger?
