Cat naps
Has anyone experienced this? My 2 month d old baby does 10-20 minute naps during the day and at night sleeps for a long period of time.
I’ve done everything in my power to resolve this but I feel like I’m failing.
We have a white noise machine, dark room, no distractions, sleeps in her bassinet and we swaddle. By the end of the day she is extremely tired and cranky.
Any other ideas on how to resolve this?
