I'm not trying to conceive, but I am trying to lose weight. Check out whole30.com, it's free. It's a very strict healthy eating plan that you follow for 30 days. It's supposed to break your addiction to bad foods, lower inflammation in your body, help you lose weight, etc. I've done it a few times and it makes you feel so much better. The first time I did it, I lost 9 lbs in 30 days just by following the plan and walking 20 mins a day.
