Glow says it’s confused, and now so am I

I’m positive it’s still positive today. I took another bc I didn’t baby dance much and I hoped I’d still have a surge and looks like I do. Someone help? I understand why glows confused bc according to my charts I’ve already ovulated so why am I still getting positive opk. I take my test every morning same time before getting up etc etc
