Anyone else pretty much always have a sex dream right before af

We’ve been trying for this is our 3rd month going on to 4th. I’ve noticed even right before we started that generally the night before my period starts fully I have a sex dream. Kinda weird I know. I had one last night. I started spotting 2 days ago brown which happens sometimes not all the time. Today there was just a little hint of red in it, so I’m guessing she’ll be here soon. Which is very depressing that we will be moving into month 4 of no bfp. Does anyone else have a sex dream right before a period starts?
