Tim and I have had our share of trials while attempting to fulfill our dream of becoming parents. We have prayed for this child but have also cried, become angry, and became a bit hardened at times from the multiple losses that we have endured. Yet, we never lost faith that this day would come.

As of today we are 14 weeks and 3 days and due July 26th! We have seen baby 3 times so far and each time has brought us more and more joy. Our most recent ultrasound our little one has already shown us we have a little athlete on our hands, by pumping it's arms like a little track star.

You may be wondering what the meaning behind a "Rainbow Baby" is. A baby who comes after the loss of a child via miscarriage is known to be a Rainbow Baby. So, we found it very fitting to announce our exciting news using this term. Our Rainbow Baby is our Tree of Life and our hope fulfilled!
