Has anyone ever tried conceiving vitamins or anything like that? And found that they've helped?

I took prenatals for about 3 months before getting pregnant.  make sure you get the ones with DHA. I used nature made and the bottle says it's for pregnant women and women trying to conceive.  if nothing else,  it will help reduce your nausea in early pregnancy if your body is already used to the vitamins

By conceiving vitamins, do you just mean prenatals or is there actually a vitamin said to help?? If you meant prenatals, I've been on them for like a year and half because I wanted my body ready, and no luck yet. Actively ttc since 9/2017
